About the Grant
The Heartfelt Leading Consulting Grant aims to support teachers and enhance student learning outcomes. We recognize the dedication of educators who often use personal funds to provide resources and create engaging learning environments. This grant offers $200 to each recipient to help alleviate some of these financial burdens and contribute to classroom success.

Eligibility
This grant is open to educators teaching grades PK-12 in public or charter schools within the United States.

How to Apply

Click the link to apply found on the Heartfelt Leading Consulting website under the opportunities tab to complete the application form.

After submitting the application, send an email to info@heartfeltleadingconsulting.org with the following:

Subject Line: Your first and last name, HL Classroom Grant 2024-2025.

Body of the Email: Include a headshot and an Amazon Wish List for the items you are requesting, valued up to $200 (including taxes and fees).

Conditions
Recipients are required to participate in a 1½-hour virtual Introduction and Wellbeing Session, sponsored by Heartfelt Leading Consulting. Failure to participate will disqualify you from receiving the donated items.

Recipients must also:

Provide a photo release form for each student in the class who will use the donated items.

Capture and submit photos of students using the donated items.

Submit pre- and post-comparative data by May 31, 2025, showing how the items positively impacted student learning or classroom culture.
Headshot Requirements
If you do not have a professional headshot, please ensure that your photo captures you from the shoulders up, with no part of your head cut off. The photo must be clear, with no other individuals or distractions in the background. This photo will be used to announce the grant winners and for marketing purposes.

Exclusions
Grant funds cannot be used to purchase food, snacks, or host classroom parties.

You will receive a link to submit all required documents during the Introduction and Wellbeing Session.
